Major Garrett of FOX News just reported (12:07 p.m. CDT) that a poll of House Pubbies indicates that the House Republican Leadership Ranks feel that Hastert's continued presence will HURT the GOP in the midterm elections. But, they do not expect him to resign.

Actually, I'm expecting the investigation to do more harm to the DemoncRats once the truth of how long the Foley info was held on to, and how it was released just after the deadline for putting another name on the Florida Ballot. The scumbags will pay.
