I have got info on the Senators in post #53. Please fill us in on the anti-illegal immigration Representatives who lost.

Thanks for the info in #53. Here is the sorry House results. It's a list of incumbents who lost and how they voted on HR 4437.

Jim Ryun (KS) - Yes
J.D. Hayworth (AZ) - No
Richard Pombo (CA) - Yes
Chris Chocola (IN) - Yes
Gil Gutknecht (MN) - Yes
Charles Taylor (NC) - Yes
Mike Sodrel (IN) - Yes
Melissa Hart (PA) - Yes
John Hostettler (IN) - Yes
Don Sherwood (PA) - Yes
Anne Northup (KY) - Yes
Clay Shaw (FLA) - Yes
John Sweeney (NY) - Yes
Jeb Bradley (NH) - Yes
Charles Bass (NH) - Yes
Curt Weldon (PA) - Yes
Sue Kelly (NY) - Yes
Mike Fitzpatrick (PA) - Yes
Nancy Johnson (CT) - Yes
Jim Leach (IA) - No

Note that JD voted "no" probably because he thought HR 4437 wasn't strong enough.

In short, we lost 19 good guys and only one bad guy.

This floors me, FreeReign. I've seen a lot of blame being placed around here re election results, and have restrained myself as to cause.

But now! Now I am wondering if all the Republicans and patriots who were saying immigration enforcement and border security were SOOOOOO important to them, did not vote and/or campaign for these candidates?!

Unbelievable!
