I agree but what person in their right mind, poor or otherwise signs a waiver and acts like this? The frat boys in the US are suing as well - what's their excuse? They were duped too?
I'll bet you anything the villagers had no idea what they were signing...
In all fairness to frat boys, after the first few drinks it probably didn't take much to dupe them.
