You use Phenegran too? In a pinch 2 drammamine work ok-ish.

Yep. My daughter couldn't keep a single sip of water or Sprite down for more than a minute before it would exit one way or the other and she was dehydrating quickly. We thought we were going to have to get her on an IV at the hospital, but the Phernegran kept her from barfing long enough to fall asleep and that seemed to let the Phenergran work even more to alleviate her symptoms further by the time she woke up.

Doctor gave our 2-year-old a blech suppository to stop her urping temporarily after the child had been ill for four days. It worked. Then the urping resumed the next day. It was enough to rehydrate the child. On the sixth day, the child began recuperating.

I remember when I was a child, my father (a pharmacist) would give us paregoric (sp?) when we were urping. I vaguely recall reading that that's not done anymore. I always thought the taste was enough to cure me of all ills.
