This while Bush circles the amnesty wagon, ties troops hands with rules of engagement.

God help them; Camp Victory was my daughter’s post - she is home now - but she has many friends there.

Prayers for our troops.

Add to that more bad news today from the US Liberal Congress. It is a sad day for America on all fronts. When I hear of any attacks on our troops in Iraq or Afganistan, I blame Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the Liberal traitors in her party. Their self-serving, power-grabbing rhetoric emboldens our enemies to inflict more harm on our brave American patriots. I can’t express here what I think of Liberal cowards. God bless our troops and their families.

I’m relieved to know that your daughter is home. The report is coming from Camp Victory, but the location from which these soldiers were based has not yet been released. The fact that this was reported to have been south of Baghdad has me extremely worried about my son (yet again).

I do not know how much more I can deal with either. This is really hard on me, and my wife doesn’t know about this latest incident as of yet.

I can only imagine how hard it is for you and your wife. I just think I would be a nervous wreck having to endure this every day with a loved one over there.

God bless all of you, stay strong. Prayers for your son to be home safe and sound as soon as possible.

"There," said he, "laid the army of Washington. It was a most distressing time of ye war, and all were for giving up the Ship but that great and good man [Washington]. In that woods (pointing to a close in view), I heard a plaintive sound as, of a man at prayer. I tied my horse to a sapling & went quietly into the woods & to my astonishment I saw the great George Washington on his knees alone, with his sword on one side and his cocked hat on the other. He was at Prayer to the God of the Armies, beseeching to interpose with his Divine aid, as it was ye Crisis, & the cause of the country, of humanity & of the world.

Such a prayer I never heard from the lips of man. I left him alone praying.
