You've claimed I am a partisan. I'm not the one with GOP in my name. Nor am I a member of the GOP. I'm an Independent. It's not 'partisan' to disapprove of the way O'Reilly advocates amnesty for ILLEGALS. It's not 'partisan' to think he stepped well over the line when he said the SBVs had no right to be heard.
BTW...I don't recall seeing any posts from you in this thread. If you feel he's "on our side", why weren't you there defending him? Did you and I just missed it?
I saw that show LIVE and, in fact, Kristinn and I were e-mailing each other back and forth shortly after that interview. I wrote to Kristinn that I have been around FR since 1998 and expressed my concern about the discourse deteriorating. A lot of my favorite posters got so disgusted with it that they left, and I really miss them. I feel that the discourse has improved since that interview. I think it opened up some people’s eyes and hearts. Like I said, BOR never called FR a hate site and was very careful not to do that. The people who have posted inapproprite things brought it upon themselves.
