Therefore, it is not surprising to find out that Neanderthals had (have?) red hair. Perhaps you should study some of the science websites, instead of just creationist sites.
There is an ongoing debate in science as to whether Neanderthal should be classified as Homo neanderthalensis or Homo sapiens neanderthalensis.
So far the DNA research suggests the former, as does the article at the beginning of this thread.
