The U.S. has had a moronic energy policy for the past 40 years. Nothing seems to change. We will NEVER, NEVER, EVER be energy self sufficient without an ambitious program for Nuclear Power. Anybody who says anything else is a complete fool.

The NIMBYs and environmentalists that hold back our drilling hold back our mining as well.
