I’ll try to make it, if I can at lunch. Though, I personally believe that their joining us in SF would be more effective. Strength in numbers. Plus, things can get hairy, as shown already.

Also, I forgot to brief you all on SF Freep SOP. As this will be my third time facing off the lefties, I’ve picked up a thing or three along the way. Time to pass it on.

First and foremost, remember that we will be outrageously outnumbered by frothing moonbats, Communists, anarchists, and other scum. Think Mos Eisley, but without a lightsaber. Thus, caution is a must. Travel in groups. Maintain your vigilance, especially in light of the way these sort of things are getting more violent. If something does go down, we will be held at fault, and the law may not (or probably not, in Berkeley) intervene. At the last one in October, the SF Riot Cops were pointed towards us and not the lefties. Restrain your righteous urge to give them the wrath of the free.

Secondly, stealth is your friend. If possible, assemble your signs and banners at the protest site. This will allow you to reach the location unmolested. Failing that, cover up your sign for protection in preferably opaque plastic (such as a garbage bag). Remaining unmolested on BART and while walking to the location of friendly forces is a must, given the forces against us mentioned earlier.

Third, logic and leftists do not mix. Remember what the Daily Kos founder said with regards to Iraq. “The fact’s don’t matter! US out of Iraq!” You’ll have better luck reasoning with a brick wall than you will with a leftist.

Four, expect insults. Again, see Number One. Expect ad hominem attacks on your signs and arguments. Remember, do not curb stomp them, and also remember that by attacking you and not your argument, you’ve already won. Secretly, they know their arguments are pathetic, hence the personal attacks.

Finally, have fun. While I know it may seem hard to believe after all these warnings, each time I go I have a hell of a good time. Make new friends. Diss the leftists (like that horrible rapper they had last time). Go have a bite to eat once it’s all over. That sort of thing.

Hope this helps, and hope to see you tomorrow. I’ll probably be up in the City by 1700. Look for the flag and sign mounted on a ludicrously large yellow pole.

How many will be in SF?

I would encourage anyone planning to be in Berkeley to not bypass it to go to SF, but go there after Berkeley. The Berkeley event is supposed to be over earlier than the one in SF.

Strength in numbers is true, but one or even a few Patriots, outnumber many traitorous anti-Americans.

The event in Berkeley is from 7:30AM to 4:00PM. The SF one is from 7:30AM to 6:00PM

According to World Can't Wait.

ANSWER has "their" event from 5 – 8 p.m. Gather 5 p.m., Civic Center (Polk and Grove streets) according to their website.

Endorsers of the March 19 march and rally include: San Francisco Labor Council, National Council of Arab Americans, Veterans for Peace—Bay Area, United for Peace and Justice—Bay Area, Common Ground Relief, CodePink—Women for Peace, Free Palestine Alliance, LEF Foundation, Barrio Unido por Amnistía General, Vanguard Public Foundation

Thanks for the "briefing".

I'll try to find you when you arrive, but remember that usually at events such as these you are only allowed short cardboard tubes (or something similar) on which to mount a flag.

Sometimes nothing at all is allowed, and sometimes short weak sticks.

If you stay on the outskirts with your large yellow pole, you may be ok.
