Not a thing here - Bakersfield, Mexifornia. And the illegals here outnumber the legals. It'd be a piece of cake to round up several thousand.

CAlifornia has to approach the situation with a little more tact, given there are guys like Joe Coto, Gil Cedillo, Tony Mendoza, Fabian Nunez, hell, Arnold Schwarzenegger, etc. in charge in Sacramento.
On the street in front of a local Home Depot here the police have set up a large sign citing the law against curbside stopping for the purpose of picking up pedestrians.
I guess thats the best they can do given the political climate here.
