I’ve made many choices lately. Among them are the choices not to vote for McKennedy or the Obamanoon, and to formally renounce my Republican party affiliation. May an unclean Yak back into the Repub National Committee’s tea and crumpets.

I'm waiting to see if McCain figures out that he can't win without his conservative base, and runs to the right. A conservative VP would be a start.

If he keeps it up with the GW nonsense, and working towards legalizing 20 million people that have no business being here...I quit and go Independent. No idea if I'd vote for him over Obama in Nov; more likely I'd just abstain and work to change the political picture locally. I've already found something better to do with my political contributions this election year.

I didn't leave the National Republican Party; it left me.
