“Who needs core beliefs when race trumps all?”

This is what bothers me about many who vote.

Really the only thing that should matter when a person votes is; “will this candidate protect and defend the Constitution”?

My dislike of Obama has nothing to do with the level of pigment in his skin. I don’t like him because he is a messianic Marxist.

His ideas would be detestable in the eyes of our nation’s Founders.

1st response. Exactly my thoughts.

It’s not worth posting anymore if your not in the first ten. By then the Freeper community has tempered fact logic and reasoning into a coherent sourced (where applicable) response capable of standing through a cat5 liberal assault.

for the first time in their lives, black ‘conservatives’ will be prominent guests all over TV and won’t be called Uncle Tom.

Of course, they are admitting that their own ideological beliefs are basically disposable and that Ida Amin is as good an option as Obama is since they are both of the same ethnic makeup.

But hey, how often do you get to vote for a guy who looks like one of your cousins? You know, the retarded one.

As a black person,I would like to address this issue. I was born in 1959 in Texas. I grew up in a racially diverse neighborhood. My father never ever voted democrat. He saw them as corrupt racist thugs. My parents wanted us to work for what we wanted. They taught us to shun government aid. Government aid was something to be ashamed of in our home. We were taught to take responsiblity for our mistakes—no help if you messed up. A lot of our family values from being Christians. The rest from pride.

My father has a passionate dislike of democrats. He can't forget the days when my mother couldn't vote because she was afraid that she couldn't pass the literacy test or didn't want to pay the poll tax.

When I posted the racist history of the democratic party on another site, I was called names and my posts were defaced and then removed. One day, I will do an article on the racist history of the democratic party. This history is not usually taught in public schools.

I know there are more blacks voting republican than the pollsters know. I worked as a political poster for several months in a city that is about 1/3 black. Not one time, did I speak with a black person. When the supervisors came to pick up the interview sheets, they just put down whatever race they needed to get the numbers the organization was asking for. Most people who consented to interviews refused to give their race and were insulted that I asked.

Race always has and always will mean everything to blacks. Whites in general will not realize this until it is too late.
