I was dispatching this morning JFK-BRU and my ops rep said Nokia was producing furniture in the US vice China because the savings of producing in the US outweighed the cost of shipping goods from China.

Some large companies like Crown Battery are cutting expenses by moving jobs from Mexico to Ohio. But if we're at what economists generally define as "full employment", now won't Crown Battery need to import workers from Mexico to Ohio to build the batteries?
