“I will support him in as much as I believe the jurists of the Supremes are this election cycles issue.”

A future “President McCain” will most likely be facing a Liberal-Democratic controlled Senate who approve or disapprove of federal judicial nominees. There is no way in he!! that McCain will be able to get a Conservative on any Federal bench —even if he wanted to. It’s not going to happen.

well, McCain just leave the nominations open then. Having a lib retire still makes the court better!
