"I don't relate to the hard right," she admits. "I think it's time to reinvent the Republican Party. And I think my dad can do it."

I wish to thank her for summing up why, as bad as Obama is, I cannot vote for John McCain either.

Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery.

John McCain crosses party lines, out of the G.O.P., on personal principle as a "maverick".

OK, Johnny Boy, two can play that game.

AmericanInTokyo will CROSS OVER PARTY LINES ON PRINCIPLE as a maverick.

My vote will go to electors pledged to a CONSERVATIVE candidate for president, NOT RINO nor LIB-DEMO electors.

“”I don’t relate to the hard right,” she admits”

No shock. RINOs tend to produce RINOS.

Well then, you’re an idiot if you believe President Obama would be better than a President McCain. There’s no other word for it ...except, perhaps, arrogantly dangerous.

She said "reinvent the Republican Party" not reinvent "Conservatism".

Let's face it folks. In '06 the GOP corruption mongers, pedophiles and public restroom faggots caused us to get out butts handed to us on Election Day; including His Highness Tom Delay, who ran like a scaled dog with his tail between his legs and caused us to lose a safe seat. Now we have more GOP politicians, e.g. Ted Stevens, under investigation and indictment.

MAYBE THE GOP DOES NEED REINVENTING.

She sounds like a real airhead. This is why we should raise the voting age to 25 except for people in the military. Back in the old days, people were accepting the responsibilities of adulthood by the time they were 18 or 21. They weren’t living off daddy’s credit card. They were married, had a job, were paying taxes, and probably had some kids. Not to mention that they didn’t turn 18 after years of being brainwashed by the public schools and MTV.

Can you imagine Grover Cleveland, Andrew Jackson, FDR, or Harry Truman targeting the “youth vote”? The idea would have been ridiculous. This is another legacy of the 1960s, when our declining culture determined that the wisest voters were the ones with the least responsibilities and life experience.

For what its worth, Ron Reagan and his Playboy-posing sister are actual registered Democrats.

Oh yes, factoring in what some candidate's twit-headed young daughter says to make an important decision as to who to vote for. I'd like to thank you for summing up why people like me can't take you seriously.

I don’t relate to the HARD right either. I don’t relate to the HARD left either. Extremes left and right ..are just that extreme. On some level we are all close to the middle than we know. Extremes Pull ..ying yang.. until we find a happy middle ground of comprimise we can only live with.
