The name (or label) "Republican" does not equal (nor necessarily describe) "Conservative."

Therefore, the title does not (and cannot) read: "Current and Former Conservatives Line Up for Obama"

Probably Snowe, Collins, Chaffee, Specter, Voinavich and Hatch are all lining up for Obama as well.

Personally, I think they are kids — teens/twenties of all stripes are probably enthralled with the Obama-as-rockstar nonsense.
