Do you have to agree to allow Feds access to your weapons at any time, or something to this effect? What reason did you give for wanting one (do they ask?).
I don’t remember the terms on the form 4. I’ll check tomorrow and get back to you as it is in my other safe. As for the reason, I just stated that it was for my collection.
There is no requirement for inspection. You do have to notify them in writing concerning any change of address.
