They would counter this with charges of bigotry. They will also try to fend off attempts at cleaning the voter roles in the same way. Watch out for voter fraud in this election folks...
If anything is made of this, it shouldn’t be that he is Muslim. It should be primarily that he lied about it. Don’t give the left ammunition to call you bigoted etc. Point out the lack of veracity, and ask if he is ashamed to be Muslim (if indeed he is Muslim). Don’t let them turn this back on Republicans. My view is that Republicans have the high ground at this point. Don’t let democrats lay claim to it.
