My reaction was just the same as yours. I'm no Biden fan, believe me, but I thought he made a pretty slick and effective recovery.

Passing that video onward would be petty on my part, I thought. BUT, it DOES show that someone in his camp didn’t do their homework, AND it shows how Biden’s speeches are impersonal...just noise.
