I just had this conversation with an acquaintance who stated that she "couldn't imagine her or her daughter being forced to carry a child conceived from rape."
I told her that that was a weak argument for excusing 30 million+ abortions/murders.

Abortions as a result of rape are rare and that is not what 50 millions abortions represent.
50 million abortions represent a breakdown of society, and Christianity.

If you abort the child conceived from rape, you are executing the wrong person. That baby didn't do anything wrong.

The really bad thing about this is that while it is legal to execute the innocent child most states refuse to execute the criminal father.

Only a small fraction of abortions are for legitimate medical reasons, like the mother’s life or health is at serious risk. Most states had exceptions for those long before Roe was decided.

Basically, the bulk of abortions are used as a “get out of jail free card” for people who made poor decisions.
