i will say this...the longer it takes for exit poll info to leak...the better for mccain. Bad news will be held at bay as long as the MSM can.

I am sure they will “find” enough votes in Philly to keep McCain from winning!”

The real question, is will Fast Eddie Rendell “find” enough Philly votes to make sure that HILLARY wins (ie, that McCain wins!). I think he will - though I don’t think we need his help.

Has Zogby ever erred in the Republicans favor? If not, and based on studies of who is more likely to fill out exit polls, this has to be good news for McCain.

But, I don’t see anything like this report at the link.

Exactly. This time, 4 years ago, all we heard was news of a Kerry landslide. The exit polls were being trumpeted for hours. It was Hannity who was hearing things differently and saying so on his show.

What have we heard so far? Massive turnout and Dem turnout not as high as expected.

Every election has a story and this one will be no different.

Screw the early reports like this.

Get out and vote!

Get your spouse out and vote!

Get your Sister, Brother, Cousin, Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, nieces and nephews out and vote!

Take NOTHING for granted!!

From a Politico article:

If you believed the early 2004 exit polling data, Democrat John F. Kerry was on his way to victory over President Bush. Those numbers, of course, turned out to be half-baked. But the premature circulation of the data created enough of a stir that the National Election Pool — the consortium of ABC News, The Associated Press, CBS News, CNN, Fox News and NBC News formed in 2003 to provide exit poll data — implemented a “quarantine” policy in 2006, designed to keep the numbers under wraps until at least 5 p.m., when the data are more reliable. That quarantine — which consists of confining the news organizations’ pollsters to a secured room — will be in place again this year, so don’t expect (or believe) any exit poll numbers until late in the afternoon.

This was on the radio so I don’t think it would be at the website. They will try to hide that information.

http://www.politickeroh.com/justinmiller/zogby-poll-obama-49-mccain-47
Zogby surveyed likely Ohio voters and showed Barack Obama with 49 percent support to John McCain's 47 percent. About 3 percent said they were not sure or voting for someone else.

McCain is available on Intrade for 7.2 cents on the dollar. Bet one dollar, get back thirteen.

“Zog is removing his special Zog sauce so his polling business phone rings after Nov 5.”

Insightful, and better, well said!

This is zogby so he’s not affiliated with that official consortium. Again take with a huge grain of salt but this is what we’ve felt today - just keep the momentum going.

Zogby is so over.

But like I said in an old post. No pollster ever goes out of business for being wrong, because they will just use statistics to show how they were the innocent victim of statistics.
