It’s a Constitutional Amendment, so I don’t know what the procedure is now to overturn it.

I honestly don’t know — I would just hope it would take a look more work than the last Proposition we passed.

It’s very difficult, close to impossible in fact, for a court to overturn a state constitutional amendment.

That being said, I’m sure they’ll try.

As a Californian who voted for this proposition I believe its a constitutional amendment and not subject to court review. Any Constitutional lawyers out there please provide a “free” opinion.

This prop was offered because the liberal courts overturned prop 22. The difference is that this is a constitutional amendment. The courts can only rule on the constitutionality of an issue. They can’t change the constitution.

100% absolutely correct. The filthy demonic judges will find a way to overturn this, they always do here in freak-ville....
