It's not so mystifying. The majority of blacks, Hispanics and Muslims supported Prop 8. And most of them voted for Hussein.

Don’t rush to judgement on us. I was a McCain/Palin, Yes on Prop 4 and Yes on Prop 8 voter in California.
Don’t forget that those that relied on the main stream media didn’t get the full message. Not everyone does a lot of research.
Obama was great with his teleprompter and the debates gave him a lot of slack. Look how the media were all over Sarah Palin about her ‘lack of experience’ and gave Obama a pass on his absolute lack of experience. I would pit Sarahcuda against the Messiah any day, but his campaign had the good sense to control the places where he couldn’t use his teleprompter.
