Towels and sheets are some of the few things I do put in the dryer. Underwear is the other. Everything else can hang or be put on sweater blockers (mine are stackable).

BTW, for those of us who wear hosiery regularly during the winter, bulk orders online are a much better deal. Not only can you always find your size in the color you need, but there are hosiery clubs that give generous rewards, free shipping in some cases and the brand I wear has $1 store coupons in each pair of hose which puts store bought hose at less than the online price. Guys may not realize this, but that's a great deal, especially for those of us who run our hose like it's water.

That didn't type quite right. Hose=nylon stockings. And, yes, I do wear them almost every day from November to April.

Another tip on pantyhose I learned years ago. When you get a run, cut off the hose leg with the run. Then pair 2 opposite one-legged sets together (2 panties, 1 leg each). Voila! Makes for buying a lot less pantyhose.
