Russian oil companies have "concrete projects" for drilling in Cuba's part of the gulf, said Mijail Kamynin, Russia's ambassador to Cuba, to the state-run business magazine Opciones.

They might as well. Our “government” is not interested in using it. Maybe they can sell some of it to us so they’ll have the funds to rebuild their military.

Why don’t we allow the Rissians to drill in North Dakota, WE WON’T, ESPECIALLY WITH THESE NIMRODS IN CHARGE.

Yet enviro-socialists in this country refuse to let us drill in virtually the same waters.

Its part of an Oil Rush in that region, I saw it coming, why hasn’t our government? China is in there too. I guess we can afford not to do anything, so why bother. They will be drilling 100 miles from us and we can’t?? Go figure, why make life easy on us?

I wonder how many US dollars that flowed into Russia for oil and gas have flowed back out again into Swiss bank accounts held by Democrat members of Congress? Billions? Maybe just millions? I’d like to think the Democrats made *something* for selling us out in energy policy, and didn’t just destroy America for giggles.

Hey, if Pelosi and her incompetent buffoons and flying monkeys will not drill in the same waters then the Russians and the Chinese will be happy to do so.

And Maybe Sarah Palin can invite the Russians to drill in Alaska given that the US gov’nmnt will not do so.

Somebody might as well drill for it. We won’t. Maybe if we really lay ourselves low at the Russians’ feet they might let us buy some of it at a discount. /s

I’m surprised Obama, Reid and Pelosi haven’t already signed over all offshore drilling rights to the Chinese and Russians already. Oh, wait — Obama isn’t really president yet.
