Hmmm...global warming causes an Ice Age? The environazis are really spinning now.
SUV’s weren’t popular then — but, the T-Rexes drove very large pick-ups.
All of the above sound very plausible, yet impossible.
(Back at my last editing job a gal actually wrote that in a story.)
That little expedition with the scientists and greenies cost the U.S. consumer BILLIONS OF DOLLARS in more expensive cars, home AC units etc. The modifications also meant lower durability of those units.
All mostly on speculation, NOT SCIENCE. Global climate change is our latest expensive expedition. Again, totally unproven.
This is not going to work. They sold the greenhouse gas, heating earth, melting ice cap, flooding earth scenario and not even the Obama voting moron’s are going to buy it is exactly the opposite now. It is going to be fun watching them try to spin while Obamination whines about it

Why don’t they just admit the obvious? CO2 apparently has nothing to do with the earth’s temperature. High CO2 is present when the earth is warm. High CO2 is present during an ice age.

Agree with your post - they finally found what they consider a winning slant - no matter whether it causes cooling or warming, greenhouse gases are bad for us. Imagine the poor sheep who are really worried about these scams trying to imagine an earth that is hotter than hell and covered with freezing ice at the same time - they’ll be out with their “save the planet” signs in droves.
All they have to do is replay the movie 'The Day After Tomorrow' which is about how global warming caused the beginning of the new Ice Age.
The can use that movie to launch a new TV show called 'Al GORE Presents' with guests such as Ted Turner.

Maybe C02 is a trailing indicator. Ice age comes, large portion of plant life is killed or inert and C02 spikes.
keep in mind water vapor is 95% of all “greenhouse gas”
This caused the ice age, but I thought CO2 caused global warming, not cooling </sarcasm>
Where is the data to prove this? They contradict themselves in the same sentence.
You beat me to it. I would only add that the CO2 concentration that ended the “snowball earth” periods was hundreds or thousands of times higher than today.
Also, none of this is really new, snowball earth theory has been around for decades - so what have these researchers discovered?
