I dont know. That seems a little close for comfort. (especially since they dont know how it will react as it approaches the Sun.)
Maybe we'll get lucky and pass through part of the tail, and have the meteor shower of a lifetime.

If you want to worry about it, that's fine. But this comet is going to miss us by 37 million miles (or more), which is about 150 time further from earth than the moon, so I will not lose an instant of sleep over this one.
