I guess that’s diversity you can believe in.

Perhaps, but has anyone else noticed each of the security system ads on satellite TV show white intruders only breaking into homes, never ever black or hispanic. There's diversity for you!

Diversity: Folks who don’t look alike but think alike.

Racism: Folks who have a close genetic profile, but have wildly different views.

Everything else on TV is a waste of time.

We rent carefully selected movies we want to see and play video games with our TV. We got tired of leftist propaganda on the majority of shows we used to watch. If I wanted them to "educate" me, I'd attend classes for it. I refuse to be "entertained" in my own home by people who insist on indoctrinating me with "their" agenda. By the way, I've read several books now that I'm using my time more constructively. Kruschev's threat appears to be coming prophetic, slowly, but surely. News on Drudge tonight of Russian interest in Oregon Steel Mills.

re: Biggest Loser
“A couple of seasons ago, there was an over-the-top character who was white that we could have cast, but we sacrificed that for a Latino. That’s how important that is.”

This was once thought to be degrading to the “minority”, you know, the soft bigotry of low expectations (i.e. the Latino viewer isn’t capable of identifying with a non-Latino, dontchaknow).

Now, I think it’s just a manifestation of the inherent racism that animates the white liberal. After all, it’s easier to laugh at the fat Latino you’ll never meet, as opposed to the fat white guy who could be your cousin.

The same is abundantly true for commercials except there are virtually no blacks. High yellow is in.

I never watched any of those 3 programs. However, I’ve been a steady viewer of NCIS and followed the progression. First, the Head of NCIS was a white mature fellow replaced by a white woman named Lauren Holly who was killed off and replaced by a black man. One the agents was a white woman killed off and replaced with a Chilean.

Further, shows that air that don’t have a black or hispanic soon do have.

You know who isn’t represented on TV? Kids and old people. We should form yet another group to whine. But really, how many kids do you see on TV, other than nickolodian?

Well, I may be in a 'minority', but I've thought for years how unbalanced the races are on, at least, prime time TV (I'll admit it, I enjoy watching mindless crap, OK!). I just write it off to the LimoLiberals of Hollyweird... typical liberal hypocrisy.

Friends, Seinfeld..both highly celebrated shows that made alot of people millionaires and movie staarhz. Both pretty darned lilly white and skinny!

I happened to notice on the new Survivor a couple of darker complexions, if Big Brother airs again, I'm sure there will be a strong, opinionated black woman and/or a gay male and/or an underwear model.

I'm about as white and southern as one gets, and even I've noticed? Liberal hypocrisy.
