I believe your chart includes spills of refined products by boaters and so forth. If you just look at production and transport, the natural seeps overwhelm everything else.

I believe your chart includes spills of refined products by boaters and so forth. Yes it does. It includes spills on land at a gas station filling station that eventually get washed into the water if not captured. It is a total source of all petroleum that ends up in the waters.
