I would hazard a guess that the ozone layer is the thickest now (versus the “thinnest” just 12 months ago) should be ample evidence that Man has nothing to do with it. What has been reported is higher than usual cosmic radiation reaching Earth due to the quiescent state of the solar magnetic field. This ionizing radiation can create ozone just as well as solar ionizing radiation.
