I can only wish that this will encourage people to drop these fruitless lawsuits and focus on something productive.

Like maybe an initiative to pass laws at the federal or state (or both) levels requiring a candidate’s BC before he/she is able to run.

That would be getting something done. All these lawsuits do is make legitimate conservatives look stupid. We should be above the dumbassery of conspiracy theories that will never amount to anything. That’s for liberals. (anyone talked to a “9/11-truther” lately? They’re still as nuts as they were when they first came up with their paranoid fantasy)

Yes, they were whacko. But we're right. Just because some conspiracy theorists are nuts doesn't mean that there are no conspiracies.

Example: for years, rumors about Napolean's death were rampant, but those in power argued that he died a natural death. More than a century later forensic analysis determined that he was in fact poisoned.
