You have had it pointed out to you before that a Certificate of Live Birth is not that same as a Birth Certificate. You also had links posted to you that showed that Hawaii does not accept a COLB as valid proof of birth. There were also links posted to you that showed that a person can have a COLB amended. You tried using Fact Check as a source.

No, it is a certified copy of information that is on the birth certificate. Are you seriously suggesting the state of Hawaii lies on its officially certified documents?
