You file a frivolous lawsuit and you run the risk of sanctions. This issue is a constant and consistent loser no matter what court its been in or who the judge(s) are/were and even the branch of government. Anyone that continues to pursue this in court needs to be sanctioned now for wasting taxpayer money. It's a waste time and money.

On it’s face what is frivolous about it? The guy has yet to produce a birth certificate, and long before he ran for president, a lot of news reports, including from Kenya, claimed that he was born in Kenya. There is no evidence that his mother took the proper steps to register his foreign birth, if he was born in Kenya. I’m not saying it is a winner; however, the cases that I have seen brought that didn’t get rule 11 sanctions, make this case look like a slam dunk.
From what I have read of this particular judge, the planitiff’s could have produced a Kenyan birth certificate and an affidavit from the Dept. of Health in Hawaii, saying that Barry wasn’t born in the state, and he still would have ordered sanctions as a means of disuading others from attempting to obtain a copy of Barry’s Birth Certificate.
