Jindal is a Natural Born Citizen, he was born in the USA.
McCain is a Natural Born Citizen, his parents were Citizens and his parents were old enough to pass along citizenship, even if he was not born in the USA. However, McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone.
Obama? We are not sure, since he will not provide us with much documentation.

The welfare of this nation may be in the balance, and this judge calls the case of locating Obama’s valid birth certificate a waste of the court’s time? He must not have a high regard for this country.

Where he was born has to do with his citizenship, the fact that his father was Kenyan not American has nothing to do with the legal question of his citizenship. Read, listen and get educated.

His mother was not old enough to confer U.S. citizenship on her son if he was not born here, according to the law at that time.

Yes, that’s what I understood as well.
All the Marxist Onada has to do is post the birth certificate declaring where he was born and this all goes away. He has not done it and that is why there are law suits. The left is always unhappy when it’s word is not accepted at face value.
The Messiah wants desperately for this to go away—as do his supplicants.
