McCain is a Natural Born Citizen, his parents were Citizens and his parents were old enough to pass along citizenship, even if he was not born in the USA. However, McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone.

No it doesn't matter where Jindal was born he is NOT NATURAL BORN because neither of his parents were US citizens, and as mush as I like him he cannot be President.
What if Vladimir Putin and his wife came to the US and while visiting Ms. Putin had a baby,
by this logiic that child would be "natural born" and could be POTUS.
