Hows about reading the Constitution and thinking about things logically... oh, wait, if something like that happened people might have gotten worked up about the retroactive, punitive taxation of AIG bonuses even being proposed... by my count there’s at least 8 (EIGHT) Constitutional infractions right there. Amendment 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, “No retroactive [..] law”, “no bill of attainder”.
