Yes - but, like most important news, the media is too late. They said it was “cooling” after seeing 20-30 years of cooling. Of course as soon as they noticed that trend, it began to warm up.
Same thing with them for the warming. It got some mention in the late 90’s, and became mainstream around 2001 with Al Gore IIRC. Of course it has been cooling since 1998 so....
