A friend of mine had a Father who drank the alcohol out of torpedo's during the second world war and later in life died of cancer as a matter of fact each of his buddies who drank the same fuel died of cancer too.

Homebrew.nah... poisoning. it's actually like putting anti-freeze out for cats to drink up.
Probably somebody that would like to hurt the tourist trade, cripple the Bali economy, doesn't/isn't allowed to drink alcohol, and doesn't mind killing indiscriminately ...... now lets see.... hmmmm.... let me think.... Amish?
