It's a Catastrophism list ping as well, but I'll post the template ping message after this and minus the ping. :')
internal EPA e-mails that show the agency willfully and recklessly disregarded scientific data that undermined the bureaucracy's global warming zealotry... The email notes the quantity of peer-reviewed references in the study, and defends its inclusion of new research as well. It states Mr. Carlin's view that "the critical attribute of good science is its correspondence to observable data rather than where it appears in the technical literature." It goes on to point out that the new studies "explain much of the observational data that have been collected which cannot be explained by the IPCC models." ...a March 17 email from Mr. McGartland to Mr. Carlin, stating that he will not forward Mr. Carlin's study. "The time for such discussion of fundamental issues has passed for this round. The administrator and the administration has decided to move forward on endangerment, and your comments do not help the legal or policy case for this decision..."

Here are some emails that are pretty ‘juicy’ too...lol

No doubt the libs will have no problem with this though. Remember when they accused Bush’s EPA of ignoring Al Gore’s bogus ‘science’ on global warming? I think it was the EPA or some other executive branch...can’t remember exactly.

Why is the administration making decisions based on religion instead of science?

For the same reason they are spending their way out of a deficit. The goal is not stimulation, but destruction of the Dollar the ultimate destimulation of America, the goal is not the environment, but the destruction of industry. In reality, enviromentalism is the option of wealthy nations, Cap and Trade will wipe out all money to actually help the enviroment as America is plunged into the dark ages of the perfect storm of a Depression.

Creation of Crisis is the ultimate "ends justify the means" of ushering in the New World Order. A thing the Bible warns will be the power base of Satan on earth, the Anti-Christ. Like most liberal plans it starts with shooting themselves in the food. but it is all part of the plan Stan...

Evil never really prospers, but it never stops trying either.

to help der fuhrer keep his promise of ‘transparency’, everyone should file a foia for this report - he even promised to speed up the foia process (and we know he keeps his promises)

this story prompted me to look into the process of filing a foia and see if a regular joe could do it - does not seem too complicated - seems that each agency has its own foia department - you can limit how much you are willing to pay for the request (i read that the first 100 pages are free and the first 2 hours of time spent searching for the documents are free too)

it does probably mean you will be attracting the attention of der fuhrer and he will either have you on a watch list or one of his brownshirt thug homies will visit your house - i would expect an irs audit at minimum but i am guessing the worst would be a joe-the-plumber anal exam

the form can be filed electronically - not sure how to describe the report - i would think the office is the epa headquarters
