Do you honestly think that it says anywhere in the bible "its my way or the highway"? It's called paraphrasing, hypocrite. But you knew that. Therefore you are playing around with your god in a reprehensible way. If I was your god I would be working up a heck of a lightening bolt with your name on it! The bible says "no one comes to the father except through Jesus" and it says that several different ways in several different places. Therefore, saying that in the bible, god's "word", that god takes the position of "its my way or the highway" when it comes to salvation - is roughly accurate for the intent of the message of the Christian religion. I bet you didn't know that the bible has been translated and re translated numerous times from several different languages. Even the KJV underwent half a dozen or so revisions over a span of a decade or so. And YOU are here to tell us what is and what isn't the actual 100% original accurate "word of god"? Blasphemer! So tell me, in your Jesus religion, is it a sin to go around misquoting and mischaracterizing people and calling them "blasphemers"? You think you scored points with your god? You think he set you up as a little judge of man? You think you know my heart and what I meant? It would seem to me that if anyone were attempting to set themselves up as "god" around here, you fit the bill to a "T". After all, you appear to speak for god and you are here to tell us who is a "blasphemer" and who isn't. It would appear you are using your god as a cheap way to try to score debate points. Which indeed makes YOU a blasphemer. The punishment is the lake of fire for you buddy. You sound like a Taliban Mullah. Have fun in the burning pit for making a fool out of your god. You did it and now have only yourself to blame.

I know there is no place in the Bible where God says “My way or the highway.” You’re the one who wrote that, not me. I merely called you out on the audacity of you errantly quoting God.

And, nice try, but you didn’t paraphrase - you quoted, thus the quotation marks you placed around the sentence you attributed to God. Unless, of course, you are simply too dim to know the difference between quoting and paraphrasing. Which, having read your posts on this thread, may indeed be the case.

FTL, I’ve not judged anyone other than you for being audacious - in fact I personally did not judge you as a blasphemer...I said “some” might call the fact you errantly quoted God as an act of blasphemy.

But, feel free to back off the fact you errantly quoted the God of the Bible - or, more precisely, put YOUR words in HIS mouth. (”My way or the highway” - too, too, funny). I don’t blame you for scampering away from what you did, actually. Being called on it is quite embarrassing to you, I’m sure, if not downright blasphemous...
