Actually, Astronaut did not say what the headline implies.

Ice is melting, The Earth is getting warmer, but it has NOTHING to do with human activity.

Mars is also heating up and there are no humans up there.

Global warming is caused by the solar activity. Belief that we can cool it down is less substantiated than believe that raindance can cause rain.

I am angered how even here on FR people do not discern that Global warming is a fact, MAN-MADE cause for it is a hoax.

Of course there are no humans on Mars but there are Martians driving big ol gas guzzlin SUV's and burning fossil fuels to heat their martian mansions. The government knows all about this but there is a massive conspiracy to cover up the facts.
