All his pdf tree proves is the creator used a the same kinds of materials in different combinations for all his creations, kind of like how a painter uses the same primary colors of paint to make millions of different colors, and uses those to paint all kinds of different paintings from portraits to landscapes.
Yes, although like everything, the evidence is growing and, dare I say, evolving every day (after all, this is a science, not a religion, it is about studying and exploring).
