President 'de facto' of Honduras, Roberto Micheletti, said that there will be no settlement to the political crisis in the country before the elections on 29 November this year, and reiterated that it refunded to the deposed president, Manuel Zelaya.
"We will not fix anything, no dialogue or anything, if not after the election," Micheletti said in a press conference at the presidential palace.

"He said the weekend spoke by telephone with Secretary of State, United States, Hillary Clinton, with whom he talked, among other issues, elections, dialogue with representatives of Zelaya and the visit of Secretary of State Deputy U.S. to Latin America, Thomas Shannon, who arrived Thursday in Tegucigalpa together with other senior U.S. government.
"We had the opportunity to speak for about 30 minutes, and (was) a general conversation, fluent issues are always matters of dialogue is going on and the proposal for Mr. Shannon could come here and talk, to continue the talks with us, also the subject of elections, "he explained."

It is very sad that his Nephew was murdered execution style. Draws lots of questions about the political motives.
So what happens after the election? Isn’t that the natural end to the term of Zelaya?
Is there a campaign running right now by the candidates hoping to succeed him? Who is the likely winner?
Yes, that is the natural end of the term for Zelaya. And yes, there is a likely winner for the election, but that is dependent on potential outside disruptions of the election by Chavez’s and Lula’s surrogates.
Now the real issue is whether the U.S. will recognize the outcome of the election when it happens. My take is that it is going to be very very difficult for the administration and the State Department to Not recognize the election results as valid.
That is why John Kerry has written a letter to request that the Library of Congress Law experts revoke the judgement they gave last month that the removal of Zelaya was Constitutional.
There will probably be retaliations for his nephew’s murder.
Yes, there probably will be. Best outcome would be a fair investigation and trial of Zelaya. But I would not blame Micheletti if he took more direct action, Zelaya has been blamed by many for drug running. Those connections would be a probable source of the murder.
May God grant this man the strength he will need to persevere in these dark times.
Yes, God Bless Mr. Micheletti, God Bless Honduras. Viva! Micheletti Viva! Honduras.
May they always be a strong free people.
