On the dirt he has on Sarah Palin: "There are some things that I have that are huge. And I haven't said them because I'm not gonna hurt her that way... I have things that can, you know -- that would get her in trouble, and could hurt her. Will hurt her. But I'm not gonna go that far. You know, I mean, if I really wanted to hurt her, I could, very easily. But there's -- i'm not gonna do it. I'm not going that far."
Says he's referring to things Palin did while she was governor of Alaska. Asked whether those actions were illegal or immoral, he refused to elaborate.
On Palin calling Trig "retarded": "I was just in shock for the first time I heard it. And then she'd say it regularly. And I think she was joking, but it doesn't make it right."
Adds, "Those are just little ... things I put in Vanity Fair. You know, all the big things I got, I'm keeping -- you know, i'm keeping them in, and -- you know, it's just something that probably will never come out."

I doubt that --HS hormone drivin males don't need any extra incentive other than sex

Classless Clueless Levi must’ve got wind of how much she made on her book and is shopping now for one of his own?

No it wasn't until they brought him and her and his screwed up mother onto the national stage like some big happy family --THAT WAS THE BIG MISTAKE --it should have stayed private especially since they hadn't gotten married-- posters here pointed that out and their concerns were sloughed off

I agree with almost everything you said. I won't call Sarah Palin a "screwed up mother", though, but I was not pleased with her decision to bring Levi onto the stage. John McCain also compounded the error when he hugged Levi. Both actions sent a bad message.
And before we heap too much scorn upon Sarah Palin for being a bad mother, and not monitoring her daughter or her daughter's relationship, where was Todd in all this? If Sarah was too busy being Governor, why wasn't Todd taking up the slack in the parenting dept? Aren't fathers usually more protective (sometimes aggressively so) about their daughters? Where was HE? Why wasn't he keeping an eye on his daughter? Looks like both parents dropped the ball.

I won't call Sarah Palin a "screwed up mother",
I said "his" mother I was referring to Levi's mother not Sarah
If anything Sarah was guilty of going along with bad advice from McCain's so called PROFESSIONAL campaign people
I think she has learned her lesson and is now doing it her way

this was debated back then, I believe her teenage daughter’s private life is private. it was to Sarah’s credit she treated these two young people with respect......did you think she should have denigrated them in public and shunned them? as a mom, myself, I respect her.

I think they should have stayed in the background
And Sarah should have asked the public to respect their privacy

The kid knows Palin is gunning for those who comit slander so he best ‘hold it all in.”
To: uncbob
fair enough, but their privacy was never going to be “theirs” ever again. and it seems levi is quite content with that status.

Your question presupposes that they care if it's true. They don't. Good point.

What would you have Todd do? If he beat the crap out of Letterman, or Levi or Olbermann, the media would be all over it like white on rice.

I think that the Palins at the time really believed that Levi was going to follow through and marry Bristol.

Maybe bringing Levi onto the stage was a mistake, but I think that Sarah at the time truly believed that Levi was really going to marry Bristol.
