Darwin was correct about many things.....

And was to my understanding...a Christian man.

I am somewhat confused by your “disbelief” Is it that you do not believe in Charles Darwin? Do you not believe that he was a real person, who actually lived? Do you think that he is a fictions character like Santa Clause, or Harry Potter?

Or is it that you do not accept the Theory of Evolution.

Seeing as every competent scientist accepts that the Theory of Evolution is as solid as the Theory of Gravity, or the Theory of Electromagtism

If the latter is correct and you do not accept the Theory of Evolution could you please explain in detail why not, with supporting evidence of course as we would not want to look foolish by relying on baseless or refuted evidence.
