I bet Obama is happy that a Muslim who killed people in our military is taking precedence over these unemployment numbers.

DRUDGE also has his usual screaming siren up.
Not a surprise, but I'm really curious about what the U-6 rate will be (that's the one that includes involuntary part-timers and those who have quit looking for work). I expect it will exceed 17%.

Bureau of Labor Statistics:
In October, the unemployment rate rose to 10.2 percent, the highest since April 1983, and nonfarm payroll employment continued to decline (-190,000). The largest job losses over the month were in construction, manufacturing, and retail trade. DETAILS:

And if I'm not mistaken, 10.2% in 1983 was the worst since the Great Depression. Any higher unemployment rate would make this recession the WORST in terms of unemployment since the Great Depression itself.
So what will the impact of this unemployment rate be on the ObamaCare debate?

I expect it will exceed 17%.I agree!!! The President still han't signed the unemployment benefits extension, so there are many folks who dropped off the unemeployment rolls in the last month or so.

This is a rock, a hard place, and an abyss for the administration. Do they tell the media to report on the rally in DC yesterday, the shooting in Ft Hood, or these unemployment numbers? Which story should they use to try and cover???
