Robert Byrd has said NO that it is unconstitutional.

When I saw Witch Pelosi screech her victory I cussed up a storm & almost threw my remote at my flatscreen. Then I thought “shoot they’ve already taken so much from me that I best hold onto one material possesion for I’ll never be able to afford another”

Anyone who’s surprised hasn’t been paying attention. What part of the Democrats have large majorities in both houses and the presidency doesn’t anyone understand?

He needs to be thrown under one of Nagin’s buses. I don’t care what he did for Christie and McDonnell.

So? Trade in Joe for Snowe and the Democrats still have 60.

Joseph Cao (sp?) Republican, Lousiana voted FOR the bill. (WHY???)

He (Vietnamese heritage) was among last two Republicans to vote. It already had 218 votes when he voted. Since he took Jefferson's place in Louisiana, in a fairly heavily minority district, he probably voted Yea just to be able to say he did back home. I doubt he would have voted Yea if the bill had not already passed.

Some Dim Nays were also probably ass covering votes for Blue Dogs once the Dims knew they had the required 218. There's always some of that on any vote.

He is a newby. I wonder if he decided to not run again and decided just to vote for what he wanted to. If this guy does not run in 2010, in a way we are screwed because we have immigration and cap and trade to go through yet and if he votes for these it could have the same outcome.

Just the thing Obama needed to take the Muslim terrorist attack off the news tomorrow....

Exactly. Of course, HealthControl is a more serious act of domestic terrorism, and will kill far, far more people.

Honestly, I expect the United States to fall apart in squalor and bankruptcy like the Soviet Union it has come to resemble.

Just a matter of time.

Obama and Pelosi and all the Libs are evil.

Good overcomes evil; Everytime.

Guess she didn't get my fax today.

Libs will begin to wash-out of U.S. politics beginning tonight.............

They'd better start building new jails then....to hold all of the patriots who REFUSE to buy their mandatory insurance. I know I'll be one of them.

Cao comes from a heavily democratic district in New Orleans. He’s probably gone anyway.

We need to call for a national strike and take to the streets. We cannot let these people get away with this.

Yeah...that’s a better idea. The only problem is to get a large crowd we have to go on a weekend because we are the producers of this country. You know, the working people who pay taxes so that “dimocRATS” can take it all from us and give to the parasites.

But whenever, however we do it, it needs to be 3 or 4 million people. My daughter lives up there and I’m telling everyont too that there will need to be significant planning on getting into the city and parking etc. It will need to be well coordinated. We don’t need tons of speakers. Just a well thought out chant that we just holler non-stop. Create a audible roar in addition to a daunting physical presence.
