GOP Urges Palin Fans to Post Couric 'Elaine' Dance Pics

The GOP is apparently taking on Sarah Palins very personal vendetta against CBS evening news anchor Katie Couric. Palin, ever the victim, blames Courics gotcha journalism for her interview during the presidential campaign.
Recently, Gawker Media posted some embarrassing pictures of Couric victory dancing at a party in 2006 soon after she was tapped for the top CBS spot. The dancing photos are reminiscent of Seinfelds Elaines The Little Kicks dance. During the episode, a horrified George said of Elaines dance: Its like a full body dry heave set to music.
Couric obviously was having fun with friends. But Republicans have been pouncing on the dancing photos with mean-spirited glee.
John McCormack of the conservative Weekly Standard posted a series of the Couric photos with the snarky heading: Any of these pictures of Katie Couric would make a great Newsweek cover, dont you think? He was referring to the recent right-wing brouhaha over Newsweeks choosing a cover shot of Sarah Palin wearing running shorts.
Palin posted on her Facebook page that the cover was sexist. Perhaps it was, but Palin willingly posed for the photo wearing her modest running clothing for an article appearing in Runners World magazine.
Next, the Republican National Committee decides to join the Couric fest. Todd Herman, the RNC Media Director used his Twitter account to urge Republicans to post Courics dancing photos to counteract uncomplimentary photos of Palin.

Nope.Ain't bitin'.
I don't believe for one minute the GOP would sanction this kind of muckraking.
This is strictly the province of the left. The GOP is certainly not squeaky-clean when it comes to trading barbs, but they wouldn't do what you're suggesting or encouraging. It's counterproductive.

Todd Herman, the RNC Media Director used his Twitter account to urge Republicans to post Courics dancing photos to counteract uncomplimentary photos of Palin. Betcha he'll be looking for another job soon. The MSM will be asking every Republican they are willing to disavow his actions. McCain will be the first to. Or Michael Steele.

Well, I used to disagree strongly with her, but I wasn’t previously repulsed. She’s an unattractive woman, and I didn’t see that before in the perky little one. Previously she was a flighty, haughty, know-nothing Liberal who thought she was cute even earnest. Now, yuck.

I'm no defender of the GOP, but you are correct. Here's the dude's
Twitter account. In two separate places, he states that this is his own opinions, not those of his employer. This article is a steaming pile of lies.
