An earthquake of 6.3 magnitude struck off the southern coast of Argentina on Sunday, the US Geological Survey said.

The quake was centered about 220 miles (354 km) southeast of Ushuaia, Argentina, at a depth of 13 miles (21 km), USGS said. It struck at 8 a.m. local time (1200 GMT). No tsunami warning was immediately issued by the West Coast and Alaska Tsunami Warning Center. (Reuters)
