There is no amount of money that can turn Haiti into a self supporting stable nation. They need to be annexed by the Dominian Republic or be ruled by the US.
DR won’t take them and Obama would be committing political suicide, as if the Dems are already DOA, in doing so. Haiti has no future other than trying to start over.
